Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Parcel Force Delivery Driver and become the vital link between our company and our valued customers! Duties

Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport parcels to residential and commercial addresses within assigned routes
Load and unload parcels with care, including heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring accurate delivery of each item
Verify delivery addresses and obtain signatures or proof of delivery as required
Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and dispatch teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues promptly
Conduct routine vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and report any mechanical concerns to ensure safety standards are maintained
Follow all traffic laws and company policies to uphold safety on the road at all times
Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and reports for accountability and compliance purposes

Requirements

Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role within logistics or courier services
Valid Full UK driver’s license with a clean driving record; <PERSON> driver certification is highly desirable
Experience with commercial driving vehicles and understanding of traffic regulations
Ability to handle heavy lifting safely during loading and unloading processes
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with handling parcels and inventory management
Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment
Immediate start after the security checks (1-2 days) completed
