Job Overview

Responsibilities

Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests, ensuring prompt and friendly service
Take accurate orders, handle cash transactions, and manage basic math calculations with precision
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar counters, restrooms, and staff spaces to uphold hygiene standards
Assist in setting up tables, clearing dishes, and resetting spaces for new guests
Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure guest safety and compliance with health regulations
Support the bar team by preparing simple drinks or assisting with stock replenishment as needed
Contribute to a lively atmosphere by engaging positively with guests and fellow team members

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm is key!
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper hygiene practices
Strong serving skills with excellent customer service abilities
Basic math skills for handling payments and order calculations
Effective time management to juggle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
