Job Summary

Interior Designer / Interior Decorator – Furnishing a 3-Bedroom Flat

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer / Interior Decorator to furnish and style a 3-bedroom residential flat.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a practical, elegant, and cohesive interior design scheme and managing the selection and sourcing of furniture, lighting, soft furnishings, artwork, and accessories.

Responsibilities

● Assess the property and develop a furnishing concept.

● Prepare mood boards and design proposals.

● Select furniture, lighting, curtains, rugs, and decorative items.

● Source products within the agreed budget.

● Coordinate deliveries and installation.

● Style the property to a high standard upon completion.

Requirements

● Proven experience furnishing residential properties.

● Strong portfolio of completed projects.

● Knowledge of furniture suppliers and interior brands.

● Ability to work within a specified budget.

● Excellent communication and project management skills.
