Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Baker / Barista, where your passion for food and exceptional customer service will shine! Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Bake fresh pastries, bread, and other baked goods daily, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
Assist in food production and food preparation tasks to support kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment and workstations
Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure a hygienic environment for both staff and customers
Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing excellent service to enhance their experience
Support kitchen operations by assisting with cooking, food plating, and ingredient handling as needed

Qualifications

Previous experience in food production, food preparation, or a restaurant environment is highly desirable
Knowledge of baking techniques and culinary practices to produce high-quality baked goods and beverages
Strong understanding of food safety standards and procedures
Kitchen or culinary experience that demonstrates ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, customer-focused attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform physical tasks required in a kitchen setting
Enthusiasm for learning new recipes and techniques to continually improve your craft
