Full job description

Join Our Growing Team

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Project Support Administrator to join our expanding business. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong administrative background who enjoys working in a fast-paced project environment and supporting the successful delivery of utility infrastructure projects.

As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with customers, design teams, asset owner partners, and internal staff to ensure projects progress efficiently and all necessary documentation is maintained accurately.

Key Responsibilities

Collate, file, scan and maintain manual job cards within electronic project files.
Liaise with adopting asset owners to ensure all required documentation is submitted throughout the construction process.
Log and manage all new sales enquiries.
Maintain and update the sales project tracker on a daily basis.
Apply for Gas and Electricity Points of Connection (POCs) when required.
Liaise with adopting asset owner partners to obtain asset values.
Provide general administrative support to the design team.
Communicate with customers to gather all relevant information required for design quotations.
Ensure project records and documentation are accurate, complete and up to date.

Key Activities

Keep up to date with current technical standards, industry developments and company procedures.
Ensure key targets and timescales are achieved, including POCs and CSEPs.
Promote and maintain a professional company image.
Review, identify and understand utility plans and associated documentation.
Carry out any additional administrative duties as required to support the business.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A minimum of 10 years' experience in an administrative role.
Excellent organisational and document management skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with customers, partners and colleagues.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Experience working within utilities, construction, engineering or a project-based environment would be advantageous.
A full UK driving licence.
