Key Responsibilities

Check rooms after cleaning, rectifying any areas not in line with standards before releasing the room
Provide regular feedback and training to the room attendants about room cleanliness to help them achieve the required standards in the required timeframe
Attend departmental meetings and assist in ensuring a clear and consistent communication regarding team performance and goals
Execute a weekly stock count on the floors
Oversees room preparation for VIP guests and site inspections.
Assist in delivery of departmental trainings. Ensure team understands the training and monitor if standards are followed on a daily basis

Proven experience in hospitality
Strong organisational skills, with experience managing large and diverse teams
Approachable, hands-on, and passionate about guest experience and team development
Drive to go above and beyond, in exceeding guest expectations and finding ways to continually improve service.
