BREAKFAST SUPERVISOR, BREAKFAST

39 hours, 5 days per week

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is looking for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our iconic Breakfast Restaurant team.

As a Breakfast Supervisor at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:

Oversee the daily breakfast operation, ensuring a smooth and efficient service from setup to close.

Lead, train, and support the breakfast team to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high performance.

Ensure food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene standards are consistently met in line with company and health regulations.

Manage guest reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests, resolving any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

Monitor stock levels, coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service, and assist with scheduling, cash handling, and team administration.

As a Breakfast Supervisor, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shifts begin at 5:30am (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be a successful Breakfast Supervisor candidate, you must have previous supervisory/management experience in a food and beverage setting. You will be an enthusiastic leader, with excellent organisational skills and a passion for hospitality.
