Event Sales Assistant

Full-Time | Immediate Start | Based in Colchester

Are you confident, outgoing, and ready to earn great money? Our client, a growing Colchester-based company, is looking for enthusiastic Event Sales Assistants to join their team and represent top-tier brands at pop-up event locations across the region.

You’ll be working in retail stores, shopping centres, local convenience stores, and other busy public spaces, connecting with customers face-to-face and promoting a range of exciting products and services. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to build experience in sales, marketing, and brand promotion while enjoying a fun, fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, permanent position (no Tier 4 students due to working hour restrictions) and applicants must be able to commute to the Colchester office daily.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Engaging with customers at pop-up event locations across Colchester and the surrounding areas.
Representing well-known brands with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Demonstrating products and services, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored recommendations.
Learning proven sales techniques such as building rapport, handling objections, and confidently closing deals.
Working towards personal and team sales goals while supporting overall company success.
Taking part in regular workshops and one-to-one coaching to help you develop your skills.
