Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Order Processor to join our dynamic sales team. In this vital role, you will manage the accurate processing of customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment. Your excellent communication skills and organizational abilities will help maintain seamless order flow, support customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of our sales operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a key player in a fast-paced environment where precision and customer focus drive results.

Responsibilities

Receive, review, and process sales orders accurately, ordering in from suppliers ensuring orders are dispatched efficiently.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery schedules
Raise purchase orders daily with multiple suppliers to replenish stocks and expediate orders being dispatched.
Maintain detailed records of all sales transactions, order statuses, and customer communications
Communicate effectively with customers regarding order confirmations, updates, and resolving any discrepancies or issues
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation related to sales orders
Support sales administration tasks such as data entry and updating customer information in Volusion
Manage multiple priorities efficiently through excellent time management and organizational skills

Requirements

Proven experience in sales administration or order processing roles with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with Google Sheets, Volusion
Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal—along with strong computer literacy
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills with an eye for accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Prior experience in customer service or IT support is a plus but not required
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting

Hours 8am-12 or 9:30-1:30pm depeding what suites - Mon-Fri - 20 hours p/w permanent contract.

Pay: £14.00 per hour
