Job Overview

We are recruiting an office administrator to work Monday to Friday, with a degree of flexibility offered.

About us:

Turner Associates Survey & Design Limited is a friendly and energetic team established since 1994 in the heart of Dorset.

We work on creative designs and practical solutions whilst undertaking a variety of work in both the private and public sector.

Our aim is to provide an efficient and practical service meeting both the clients’ needs and planning authority’s aspirations for each project site.

Key responsibilities

· Answering and dealing with telephone calls

· Greeting clients

· Managing surveyors diaries and appointments

· Audio and copy typing

· Assisting Senior Surveyors

· Dealing with emails

· General filing

· Any other duties

Person Specification

· High level of accuracy and organization.

· Good interpersonal skills.

· Logical and practically minded.

· Willing to listen to guidance/instruction openly.

· Good communication skills

· Able to work both as part of a team and independently.

· Computer literate, particularly with Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.

· Ability to work under pressure

· Commitment to delivering high quality service in a timely fashion.

Office hours:

Monday to Thursday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Friday 9:00am – 4:30pm

Flexibility can be discussed for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: £23,000 to £25,000 depending on experience

Expected hours: 37hrs per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
No weekends

Work Location: In person

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
