Growing our UK and Ireland Banking & Financial Markets (B) business is a key corporate objective, and we are in a rapid growth phase powered by centralised investments. The opportunity has arisen for a dynamic client focussed individual to join the team in order to help contribute further to our market expansion.

What youll be doing:
In this role you will have full P responsibility for a large single or portfolio of existing clients within the B business unit. You will build a business development strategy that delivers in line with budget revenue and profit targets to ensure account success (CSAT) and growth.

Acting as a senior ambassador for the NTT DATA brand and service offerings, you will cultivate long term client relationships with key client personnel (up to C-suite), developing a deep understanding of their business, its ambitions and drivers, to identify and explore potential opportunities for further revenue growth. This is underpinned by your thorough understanding of current and future trends within B

Working collaboratively across NTT DATA internal teams, you will ensure that our services meet the clients needs and expectations, in terms of behaviours, innovation, value for money and other key differentiators to retain long term client relationships.

What experience youll bring:
Relationships

Building constructive relationships with sales support and service lines to construct solutions for meeting clients business needs with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Expand relationships with decision makers and influencers at CXOs and below levels in new and existing buy centres and highlight the impact our services can deliver.
Bring new ideas and perspectives to executives agnostic of immediate sales opportunities
Building vendor and other partner relationships to drive the business forward
Managing the commercial/contractual relationship with the client, negotiating terms and conditions

Sales pipeline management

Ability to identify opportunities, manage pipeline, close sales and manage revenue
Effectively market our multiple services offerings and digital capabilities based on client-specific business priorities, co-create multiyear roadmap to transform and digitally uplift clients organization.
Articulate and tailor value propositions based on the needs identified for client and differentiation of our company
Manage the mix of new vs renewal and drive proactive sales efforts
Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs on an on-going basis
Be persistent in following up with customers to move them from discussions to clear interest in executing a deal
Negotiate the pricing and commercials in a manner that meets profitability goals

Revenue and margin targets

Regularly review progress and define strategy to exceed targets
Assuring work order cover across client base and being accountable
Delivery of budgeted margin project margin and net margin
