We’re looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our Finance team.

As a Payroll Administrator at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:

Process end-to-end payroll alongside ADP for all employees, including salaried and hourly staff, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and taxes.
Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, changes in compensation, and benefits deductions.
Prepare and submit all statutory payroll filings, including PAYE, National Insurance, and pension contributions, adhering to deadlines.
Reconcile payroll data with general ledger accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Respond to employee queries regarding payroll, deductions, and tax matters in a professional and timely manner.
Stay up-to-date with payroll legislation and regulations to ensure compliance.
Generate various payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.
Assist with year-end payroll procedures and reporting.
In-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation, tax regulations, and pension schemes.
Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, RealTime & IHCM, OnTrack).

As a Payroll Administrator you will be in an office-based role, working predominantly from Monday to Friday.

To be a successful Payroll Administrator candidate, you will have previous experience within a similar role in a luxury hospitality environment, strong attention to detail, organisation, strong data entry skills and clear communication.
