We’re looking for enthusiastic and energetic Bar Service Assistants to join our Functions Events team at Seamill Hydro Hotel Resort. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of memorable occasions such as weddings, private celebrations, and special events.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Deliver warm, friendly, and professional bar service during weddings, functions, and events.
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, Champagne, wines, beers, spirits, tea, and coffee.
Maintain high standards of drink preparation, presentation, and guest interaction at all times.
Confidently engage with guests, offering menu knowledge and recommendations where appropriate.
Keep the bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service.
Support the wider events team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy functions.
Help create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere that enhances every guest’s experience.
Assist with event setup, bar preparation, and close-down procedures when required.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred, particularly within functions, weddings, or events.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills.
Confident, friendly, and professional when interacting with guests and colleagues.
Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment.
Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable experiences.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
Must be 18 years old or over.
