Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the overall kitchen operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about food preparation and culinary excellence to develop their skills within a professional environment. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in the organisation and management of specific sections within the kitchen
Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to at all times
Oversee the presentation of dishes to ensure they meet company standards
Support the training and supervision of junior kitchen staff where necessary
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations throughout shifts
Collaborate with the head chef and other team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences
Assist with meal preparation during busy service periods, ensuring timely delivery of orders

Experience

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a professional kitchen environment
Demonstrable knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable
Familiarity with various cooking techniques and culinary styles
Previous experience serving or assisting in customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential
