Full job description

We’re looking for a part-time crew member to join our smashed burger team. The role includes serving customers, taking orders and payments, and helping out with both front-of-house and kitchen duties. We need someone flexible who can work 2 to 3 days per week, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
Maintain a clean and organised the restaurant and work station.
Collaborate with Front and Back of House colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Assist with food preparation for the day.
Handle payments and provide accurate change to customers.
Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
A positive and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a strong work ethic.
Availability to work different schedules, evenings & weekends
