About Us

Treal Care UK Limited is a CQC-regulated domiciliary care provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care within the community. We are looking for a motivated, organised, and compassionate Administrator / Care Coordinator to join our growing team.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong administrative and organisational skills. You will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the office while coordinating care services to ensure safe and effective care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and maintain staff rotas using electronic rostering systems.
Schedule care visits and allocate staff efficiently.
Liaise with service users, families, staff, healthcare professionals and external agencies.
Support the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
Maintain accurate staff and service user records.
Monitor compliance with mandatory training, DBS checks, Right to Work documentation and professional registrations.
Answer telephone and email enquiries professionally.
Assist with payroll administration and timesheet verification.
Support the Registered Manager with audits, compliance and general office administration.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with GDPR at all times.
Participate in the on-call rota where required.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience within a care administration or care coordination role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure.
Understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding.
Right to work in the UK.

Desirable

Experience within domiciliary care.
Knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards.
Experience using electronic care planning or rostering systems (e.g. PASS, Birdie, CM2000, CareLineLive or similar).
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or Business Administration.
