What is the Role?
We’re thrilled to announce the new opening of Bill’s Restaurant at Heathrow Terminal 2! Known for its vibrant atmosphere and fresh, seasonal dishes, Bill’s is the perfect spot for travellers looking for a memorable pre-flight experience.
In this key role, you’ll be an essential part of our kitchen team, helping to create a clean, organised, and efficient environment that allows service to run smoothly. Working alongside a passionate team, you’ll support the preparation of fresh ingredients, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and ensure all kitchen equipment, crockery, and utensils are ready for service.
This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you’ll gain valuable hospitality experience, develop your skills, and play a vital role in supporting the delivery of the high-quality dining experience that Bill’s is known for.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout all kitchen areas.
- Wash and store crockery, cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently.
- Support chefs with basic food preparation tasks as required.
- Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures are followed.
- Assist with deliveries, stock rotation, and keeping storage areas organised.
- Keep workstations, floors, and communal kitchen areas clean, safe, and ready for service at all times.
- Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team to support smooth and efficient operations during busy periods.
- Follow all health, safety, food hygiene, and company procedures.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have

- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility with working hours, including early starts, late finishes, evenings, and weekends.
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Candidates must have a valid Right to Work in the UK. This can be demonstrated through one of the following:
- A valid UK passport.

Security Pass Requirements:
As this role involves working at an airport, successful candidates will also need to obtain a security pass. For this, we will require valid photo ID, such as a Driving Licence or Passport. Please ensure you can provide the appropriate original documentation during the recruitment process
