We are seeking a Premises Manager to join our team at Chertsey High School, part of Bourne Education Trust.

Position: Premises Manager

Contract: Full time, permanent, 36 hours / 52 weeks

Start Date: March 2026

Salary: Support Staff - PS7 (Fringe - Surrey) £33,553.00 - £35,763.00

Key responsibilities include:

Maintain a programme of site testing and inspections to ensure statutory compliance
Identify issues quickly by carrying out regular inspections of all indoor and outdoor areas, providing written reports/action plans as required
Ensure site team are contactable whilst on duty

Requirements include:

Essential

An awareness and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children
Relevant work experience
Full Driving licence

Desirable

Experience of working within an educational setting
