Overview
We are seeking experienced and reliable plumbers to join our team in and around Bath. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in various commercial and residential settings. The ideal candidates will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. All positions are paid, including internship opportunities, offering valuable experience within the plumbing trade.

Responsibilities

Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in new builds, renovations, and repairs
Using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other specialised tools to complete tasks efficiently
Reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Conducting routine inspections to identify potential issues or faults within plumbing systems
Performing heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely and efficiently
Applying basic maths for measurements, calculations, and layout work
Assisting with carpentry tasks related to plumbing installations where necessary
Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment at all times

Qualifications

Proven experience in plumbing work within residential or commercial settings
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding techniques, and assembly processes
Mechanical knowledge relevant to plumbing systems and general building maintenance
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively
Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
Experience with carpentry or related trades is advantageous
Valid driving licence for commercial driving duties is preferred but not essential
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments
