Swytch Graphics is growing, and we are looking for an experienced digital cutting and laser cutting operator to join our expanding production team.
Following continued investment in machinery and growth with major clients, we are looking for someone accurate, reliable and quality-focused who takes real pride in producing work to a high standard.
This is a hands-on production role, working across digital cutting, laser cutting, creasing, trimming and finishing of printed display and POS work. The successful candidate will understand the importance of accurate setup, clean cutting, material handling, registration, quality control and keeping production moving efficiently.
The role would suit someone who is tidy, organised and confident working with a varied workload, from larger production runs through to bespoke short-run jobs. You will be joining a busy production environment where teamwork, communication, attention to detail and flexibility are essential.
During busy periods, flexibility around working hours will be required. This may include overtime and possible shift patterns to help us meet customer deadlines. Where night shifts are introduced, the planned pattern would be four 9-hour shifts per week, and a night shift bonus / shift allowance would be paid in addition to normal pay.
In return, we make sure additional effort is recognised through overtime pay, profit-related bonuses, shift allowances where applicable, and extra incentives during busy periods.
At Swytch, we work hard to deliver high-quality work quickly and reliably for our clients. We do not want to let customers down, and we support our team to be the best they can be. We are looking for someone who shares that attitude and wants to be part of a growing business.
