This is a permanent, full time vacancy that will close in 20 days at 23:59 BST.

My job

We have exciting opportunities for Butchery Operative (Pork Ribs Cutters) to join our team at Pilgrim's Europe - Spalding site!

Successful candidates will be required to work in our Butchery Department - Cutting, trimming & deboning Pork Ribs.

Full training will be provided on the job - great opportunity to gain career progression.

Key information:

Competitive rate of pay!
Voluntary Overtime & Weekend hours paid at Premium Rates!
Contract Type: Full-Time Permanent/Direct
Shift: Monday to Friday
Hours: 06:30 - 16:00 including 2 breaks (45 hours)
Additional Productivity Bonus!*

In addition to your hourly rate, you may be eligible to receive discretionary productivity bonus once you're signed off on minimum required task jobs on bonus lines. Depending on your skill level and performance this can be significant amount boosting your weekly wage!

Ensure product is processed according to Customer specifications
Ensure work is carried out to the best of your abilities to meet production deadlines
Seek training to maintain skills and remain up to date with best practice
Work as part of a team and take responsibility for own work
Comply with Company policies, H&S and Food Safety Standards at all times.
Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned necessary to meet business needs.
