About Us:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team as a Trainee/Junior Block Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career in property management with a dynamic and supportive team.

Role Overview:
As a Trainee/Junior Block Manager, you will assist in the management and maintenance of residential and commercial properties, working closely with senior managers to ensure that properties are well-maintained, compliant, and managed efficiently. This is a great entry-level role that will allow you to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in the property management sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the day-to-day management of a portfolio of properties.
Liaise with tenants, leaseholders, and contractors to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
Help coordinate maintenance and repair works, ensuring properties are well-kept and comply with safety regulations.
Assist with managing service charge budgets and financial records for properties.
Monitor and report on property performance, helping senior managers identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
Handle administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing tenant communications, and assisting with property inspections.

Skills and Experience:

A genuine interest in property management and the real estate industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A high level of organisation and attention to detail.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Basic IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous experience in property management is beneficial but not essential.
A full UK driving license is preferred, as some travel may be required.
