Overview

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a qualified Pharmacy Dispenser, where your expertise will directly impact patient well-being and medication safety. In this vital role, you will assist pharmacists in dispensing prescriptions accurately, managing medication supplies, and providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities

Accurately dispense prescribed medications following pharmacy protocols and prescriptions
Verify patient information and medication details to ensure safety and correctness
Assist with medication administration procedures under pharmacist supervision when required
Provide compassionate patient care by answering medication-related questions and offering guidance on proper usage
Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure proper storage of pharmaceuticals
Maintain detailed records of dispensed medications, patient interactions, and inventory logs
Support the pharmacy team with administrative tasks such as processing prescriptions and updating patient records

Requirements

Prior experience as a pharmacy dispenser or in a similar healthcare support role is highly preferred
Knowledge of medication administration processes and pharmacy software systems
Strong commitment to patient care, confidentiality, and safety standards
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions accurately
Effective communication skills to interact confidently with patients and healthcare professionals
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
