Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable VTCT Teacher specialising in Injectables to join our educational team in Derma Sense Cockfosters. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programmes, equipping students with the essential skills and knowledge required for a successful career in aesthetic treatments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to share your expertise, inspire learners, and contribute to their professional development within a supportive learning environment.

Must have VTCT Qualifications in Teaching & Injectables.

Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and comprehensive tuition on injectable procedures, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Develop and update lesson plans, training materials, and assessments tailored to diverse learner needs.
Monitor student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
Maintain a safe and compliant learning environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Organise practical demonstrations, workshops, and assessments to enhance hands-on learning experiences.
Keep accurate records of attendance, assessments, and learner achievements for compliance and reporting purposes.
Stay informed about the latest advancements in aesthetic treatments and injectables to ensure training content remains current and relevant.

Skills

Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to learners of varying levels.
Proven experience in teaching or training within the aesthetic or medical field, particularly in injectables.
Strong organisational skills to manage lesson planning, student records, and programme delivery efficiently.
Good IT skills for creating digital resources, managing online learning platforms, and maintaining administrative records.
Effective interpersonal skills to motivate students, foster a positive learning environment, and collaborate with colleagues.
Basic understanding of plumbing or related technical skills is advantageous but not essential. This position offers an enriching opportunity for professionals passionate about education and aesthetic treatments to make a meaningful impact on learners' careers while advancing their own expertise within a dynamic setting.

Pay: £101.46-£221.70 per day
