Overview of Role:

Join our vibrant café team and become the friendly face that makes our customers' day! As a Barista/Café Assistant, you'll create memorable experiences through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages in the heart of Enniskillen.

About the Role:

We're looking for an enthusiastic team member who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine passion for great coffee and customer service. Barista experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft and serve delicious hot and cold beverages, tailored to each customer's preferences
Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere by greeting every customer with a genuine smile
Engage with customers, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service that keeps them coming back
Operate till systems accurately and efficiently
Support the team with food service and general floor duties
Keep our café well-stocked and beautifully presented at all times
Uphold our commitment to excellence in every customer interaction
Build lasting relationships with our regular customers, making each visit special
Maintain spotless workstations, ensuring all equipment and utensils are clean and well-organised
Monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels to ensure smooth operations

A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Barista experience
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
