We are looking for a proactive, forward thinking team player with strong leadership, excellent problem solving,communication skills and the ability to think on there feet.

Transport planner - Position overview.

Liaise with customers and drivers to solve issues that may arise.

Effective route management to optimise revenue and minimize empty running.

Ability to forge strong working relationships with Co workers and customers.

Transport Planner - Position requirements.

You will have previous experience in UK road transport or transport planning and Good geographical knowledge of the UK is essential.

You should be commercially aware, able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy in your work.

You will be able to prioritise your workload have good analytical abilities and work to strict deadlines.

Transport Planner - Position Remuneration.

Salary £34,000 - £36,500

On site parking.

Discretionary bonuses.

8.5 hour shift between 8.00 - 5.00

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £34,000.00-£36,500.00 per year
