Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to oversee daily operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively. This role involves coordinating tasks, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining organisational efficiency. A background in food production management, along with exceptional communication skills, is essential to succeed in this position. The Team Leader will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and driving team performance.

Duties

Lead and supervise team members to achieve daily operational goals while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Organise and delegate tasks efficiently, ensuring all team members are clear on their responsibilities.
Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development initiatives.
Maintain effective communication within the team and across departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accurate records of team activities.
Assist in training new staff members, promoting organisational policies, and fostering a collaborative team environment

Qualifications

Proven management or supervising experience, preferably within a food manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient in administrative tasks and familiar with basic organisational software tools.
