Full job description

Who are we?

We are a family run business that is obsessed with creating the tastiest food in town and we work with amazing local producers that share our vision and ethos to achieve this. Set up in 2015 by the four Crouch bros, CSONS was founded upon a massive passion for incredible, globally inspired food and a huge respect for the quality and abundance of tip top local ingredients right on our doorstep. Couple this with the drive and work ethic to consistently deliver this vision through providing exceptional service and you’ll and it’s no wonder we now have 2 of the most popular and respected restaurants in Shropshire.

The Role & you

The role is primarily customer facing and hands on. Reporting to and working with the Restaurant Manager you'll be responsible for ensuring shifts run smoothly, the team is happy and motivated and our customers receive the best service around. You'll need to have a good understanding of how a restaurant works and have experience on the bar and waiting tables. It's not essential, but having previous experiencing making coffee will definitely work in your favour.

You'll also be responsible for setting up and opening in the morning as well as closing down and cashing up. We aim to give each and every one of our customers an incredible dining experience. Being confident and outgoing are a must as having a real zest for exciting food, that is something we truly love to see! This positive approach combined with adopting the CSONS ethos is something that you will need to take on board and use every step of the way. As a shift supervisor we'll expect you to be organised and focused in a positive and energetic way.

CSONS is a happening restaurant and the environment can be high paced so you the ability to stay focused and professional is essential. We are a small team and are looking for a highly motivated, versatile individual with a passion for hospitality.
