Position:Full-Time FNOL Claims Handler
Location:Southport, PR9 0AE
Type:Full-time, Permanent

Salary:£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year with OTE £40,000 per annum

Note: 100% in-office work; no hybrid working offered.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence:

Provide exceptional customer service experiences.

Claims Handling:

Take first notification of new claims from clients and working partners.
Regularly update clients and working partners on claim progress.

Qualifications:

Full-time commitment with a dedication to meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
Build strong rapport both internally and externally.
Proactively manage and prioritize your workload effectively.

Schedule:
