Full job description

Operating from over 130,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing, warehouse and office space in the heart of rural Leicestershire, our purpose-built facilities are home to our established core brands. These brands have seen significant growth in recent years, driven by continued investment, innovation and in-house development. Due to continued business growth, we are looking to expand our Warehouse team with the addition of a Warehouse Operative.

This is a hands on, fast paced role where you’ll play an important part in supporting daily operations and ensuring customer orders are fulfilled efficiently. You’ll work closely with the Warehouse Manager, Supervisor, and wider teams across the business. If you’re reliable, motivated, and enjoy working as part of a team, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role:

Full time position within a busy warehouse environment.
Picking, packing, and despatching customer orders accurately.
Loading company vehicles.
Assisting with goods-in and stock handling.
Preparing and organising deliveries.
Supporting general warehouse operations as required.
Working closely with Transport, Production, and Sales teams.
Handling sample stock and order fulfilment.

The Candidate:

Reliable, punctual, and hard working.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Able to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
Good communication skills (verbal and listening).
Basic computer skills.
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
