Responsibilities.

You will be the vital bridge connecting our clients, management, and production powerhouse. Your day-to-day will be dynamic, fast-paced, and filled with variety:

Mission Control: Manage high-priority client inquiries, filter incoming communications, and ensure our management team is always one step ahead.
Order Orchestration: Accurately process incoming client orders, translate details seamlessly to our production team, and track timelines to hit deadlines out of the park.
Brand Ambassador: Provide top-tier, friendly customer service that makes our e-commerce clients feel like VIPs, swiftly resolving any issues with grace and wit.
Office Champion: Handle general administrative tasks to keep the daily operations of our studio running like a finely-tuned machine.

Who You Are

An Experienced Organizer: You have proven experience in an admin, customer service, or order-processing role and thrive when multitasking.
A Proactive Communicator: You possess a professional, friendly demeanor with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Tech-Fluent: You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and can pick up new software quickly.
Cool Under Pressure: Fast-paced deadlines don't rattle you; they motivate you. You have a positive attitude and a sharp eye for the details others miss.
