Customer Service Team Member
Welcome Break, Warwick North, CV35 0AA

Immediate start available | Flexible full‑time or part‑time hours

Earn up to £12.85 per hour, plus £1 meals on every shift

Looking for a role where you can stay busy, meet people, and make someone’s day a little easier?

As a Customer Service Team Member at Welcome Break, you’ll be the friendly face our customers see first. Whether you’re helping someone find what they need, or keeping the site looking its best, you’ll play a big part in delivering a great experience for our customers on the move.

This role could be a great fit if you:

Enjoy helping people and delivering friendly, welcoming service
Can keep calm, organised and positive when it gets busy
Take pride in keeping things clean, safe and running smoothly
Like working as part of a supportive team and are happy to learn new skills (full training provided)

What you’ll do:

Welcome customers with a smile and help them quickly and confidently
Keep the customer seating areas and back-of-house clean and tidy throughout your shift (including tables, counters, floors and toilets where required)
Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards, completing checks and cleaning tasks as trained, and escalating customer issues when needed
