Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial and Domestic Cleaner to join our dynamic cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across various commercial and residential properties. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will ensure environments are spotless, safe, and welcoming for clients and visitors alike. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a clean, healthy, and organized space while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces such as offices, retail outlets, and industrial facilities, ensuring all areas are hygienic and well-maintained
Conduct domestic cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom sanitation, and kitchen cleaning to meet client expectations
Use appropriate cleaning equipment and eco-friendly products to achieve optimal results while adhering to safety standards
Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure all assigned areas are completed efficiently and thoroughly
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks to the supervisor promptly
Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when working in private homes or sensitive commercial environments
Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or contamination

Skills

Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety standards
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently without supervision
Strong physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and understanding client requirements
Ability to follow instructions accurately while maintaining a positive attitude
Knowledge of environmentally friendly cleaning products and practices is preferred
