The Role

As Receptionist & Sales Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for both our skin clinic clients and training academy students.

You will play a key role in delivering a luxury customer experience while supporting the continued growth of the business.

This role requires someone who is organised, confident, proactive and able to work independently while supporting the wider team.

No two days are the same, so we are looking for someone who enjoys a varied role and is happy to take ownership of their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include but are not be limited to:

Welcoming clients and students professionally.
Answering incoming telephone calls promptly and confidently.
Responding to enquiries via telephone, email and social media.
Contacting new skin clinic and training course enquiries.
Following up consultations and converting enquiries into appointments.
Supporting monthly sales targets through effective customer communication.
Managing daily clinic and training diaries.
Booking consultations, treatments and training courses.
Maintaining accurate client and learner records.
Preparing consultation forms and learner documentation.
Ensuring GDPR and Data Protection requirements are followed at all times.
Supporting therapists and trainers with day-to-day administration.
Assisting with social media content creation and marketing activities.
Requesting Google Reviews and client testimonials.
Maintaining an organised, welcoming and professional reception area.
Supporting the team wherever required.
Identifying opportunities to improve systems and client experience.
Completing administrative tasks accurately and within deadlines.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
Experience within beauty, aesthetics, wellness, healthcare or hospitality (preferred).
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organisational skills.
Confidence using computers and booking systems.
Excellent telephone manner.
A positive and professional attitude.
High attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Confidence speaking with clients and recommending suitable treatments or training courses.
Ability to work independently using your own initiative.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
