Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to support the Team Manager in overseeing daily operations and guiding a high-performing customer service team. This role is key to ensuring excellent service delivery while fostering a positive and collaborative working environment for both customers and employees.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, analytical capability, and experience in customer service operations.

What you will do

Support the Team Manager and assume management duties in their absence;
Monitor service performance and analyse customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities;
Provide ongoing coaching and development to team members;
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management to build and maintain a strong team;
Handle incoming and outbound calls and resolve escalated or complex customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner;
Accurately input sales orders into SAP, process amendments as required, and respond to customer emails.
Any other duties as reasonably required

Skills and experience

Demonstrated experience in a customer service supervisory or management role;
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus;
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams;
Understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management;
Experience with SAP systems and order entry processes (desirable).
