Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Assistant to provide exceptional service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in data entry and analysis. This role involves engaging with customers , ensuring their needs are met efficiently while promoting additional products or services through upselling. The Customer Assistant will play a vital role in maintaining high customer satisfaction levels and supporting the overall success of our organisation.

Duties

Greet customers courteously and professionally, providing assistance as needed
Analyse customer needs to recommend suitable products or services, actively engaging in upselling opportunities
Communicate effectively to serve a diverse client base
Assist customers with product information, complaints, and feedback, ensuring a positive experience
Maintain organised records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting purposes
Support team members with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments or follow-ups
Contribute to a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business and customer loyalty

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or related roles is preferred
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
Analytical skills to assess customer needs and identify upselling opportunities
Organised, proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Previous experience with upselling techniques is a plus
A professional attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service

Pay: £12.71 per hour
