The Role

Preparing accurate, commercially sound tenders
Managing multiple submissions at different stages
Pricing labour, materials and subcontractors
Working with clients, designers and internal teams
Supporting projects from early-stage planning through to delivery

What We’re Looking For

Estimating experience in construction (roofing/cladding ideal)
Strong commercial awareness
Good attention to detail
Confident communicator
Able to manage multiple tenders
