Full job description

Purchasing Administrator – Maternity Cover (Fixed-Term Contract, Part-Time)

Location: Keighley
Contract: Fixed-term, approx. 12 months, maternity cover
Hours: 20 hours per week across 5 days
Start date: Immediate

About the role
We're looking for an organised and proactive Purchasing Administrator to join us on a part-time, fixed-term basis covering maternity leave. You'll work alongside another member of the purchasing team to keep operations running smoothly, and closely with the customer service team to ensure orders and supplier queries are handled efficiently.

Key responsibilities

· Raising and processing purchase orders accurately

· Chasing suppliers for order confirmations, delivery updates, and resolving delays

· Monitoring the purchasing inbox and ensuring enquiries are dealt with promptly

· Working closely with the customer service team to keep orders on track and resolve queries

· Maintaining accurate purchasing records

· General administrative support as needed

What we're looking for

· Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or an administrative role

· Confident communicator, comfortable chasing suppliers and liaising across teams

· Well organised with good attention to detail

· Comfortable working independently in a part-time role

· Immediate availability preferred

Pay: £13.45 per hour
