£13.38 per hour | Full-time - 46 hours per week | Hydon Hill, Hydestile, Nr Godalming

Set on the rural fringes of Godalming, our Hydon Hill service; in Hydestile, is home to thirty-eight adults with physical disabilities. Our service feels like family – relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.

Please note, there is no public transport near Hydon Hill so you must have reliable transport to travel to the service. We recommend checking your commute before applying

Your working hours

You’ll need to be flexible to work weekends as part of a rota.

Typical shifts may include:

Day Shifts: 7:30am - 7:30pm, 7:30am - 1:30pm and 1:30pm - 7:30pm

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.

Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication
Encourage independence through a person-centred approach
Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities
Keep clear, accurate records
Most importantly – help each person live life on their own terms

No previous care experience? No problem – we’ll give you all the training you need.

For over 75 years, we’ve been supporting disabled people to live, learn, and work as independently as possible. We provide specialist support across residential care, supported living, and respite services for people with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, sensory impairments, and learning disabilities.
