Full job description

Job Sales Support Administrator

Location: Rixton, Warrington

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm 12 Month Maternity Cover, may lead to permanent position

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organised Sales Support team member to join our business in Rixton, Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and supporting a busy sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the sales team.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
Prepare quotations, sales documents and reports.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure orders are processed smoothly.
Support customers with product information and order updates.
Carry out general office administration as required.

About You

Previous experience in a sales support, customer service or administration role is preferred.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work well as part of a team.
Due to our location in Rixton, applicants must have their own reliable transport, as the office is not accessible by public transport.
Comfortable working in an office with a friendly company dog.
