Maintenance Technician - Drimsynie Estate

Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Drimsynie Estate Holiday Village, Lochgoilhead
Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time
Salary: Competitive TBC based on experience

Looking for a career and not just a job? We are recruiting for a Maintenance Technician to join our fantastic team at Drimsynie Estate Holiday Village, Lochgoilhead, Argyll. You as part of the team will deliver an exceptional service and provide our guests with an amazing experience.

About the role:

Provide an outstanding service to ensure a well-maintained and safe environment for all our customers and team making sure facilities and equipment are well maintained on a day-to-day basis. Candidate must have previous experience in maintenance. Caravan and lodge park experience preferred but not essential.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Ensuring status of jobs is reported to admin/manager in a timely manner.

· Carry out maintenance, repair, and renewal jobs within the park.

· Respond promptly to reactive maintenance tasks and customer problems.

· Where required execute electrical, plumbing and joinery jobs whilst adhering to health and safety guidelines at all time.

· Examine any reported faults or breakages then repair them to a high standard, sourcing any parts required, recording action taken and liaising with other team as required.

· Maintain vehicle in a good state of cleanliness inside and out and driving at legal and appropriate speeds.

· Will be working 5 days out of seven with alternate rota on weekends.

Experience & Skills

Previous experience in a similar role.
Electrical/plumbing/joinery experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Skilled handyperson.
Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised.
Self-motivated and organised.
Team player and a positive attitude.
