Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Pizza Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pizza Napoletana making . Stretching techniques by hands and skills to cook on gas oven.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook high-quality meals in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to in the kitchen.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan menus and create innovative dishes that reflect seasonal ingredients.
Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, providing guidance on cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant or similar environment is essential.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is required.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
A passion for cooking and creativity in meal preparation is highly desirable.
