We are looking for experienced and customer-focused Global Relocation Executive to join a fantastic team based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.

Global Relocation Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating domestic and international relocation and destination services on behalf of corporate and private clients, delivering exceptional customer service throughout the relocation journey.

The role is responsible for supporting assignees and their families through every stage of the assignment process, ensuring a seamless transition while managing suppliers, client requirements, service delivery, expenses, tenancy matters, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage domestic and international relocation and destination service programmes on behalf of corporate and private clients, ensuring a seamless relocation experience from initiation through to completion.
Deliver exceptional customer service by acting as the primary point of contact for clients, assignees, and their families throughout the relocation journey.
Build strong relationships with clients, assignees, corporate accounts, suppliers, and service partners, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with client policies, service level agreements, and customer expectations.
Coordinate destination services including home search, school search, temporary accommodation, orientation, settling-in services, tenancy management, departure services, and other assignment-related support.
Anticipate client and assignee needs, providing proactive guidance, tailored solutions, and expert advice to support successful relocations.
Manage supplier, agent, and partner relationships to ensure service excellence, compliance, and consistent delivery standards.
Oversee assignment budgets, assignee expenses, and service costs, maintaining commercial awareness and ensuring cost-effective service delivery.
Review tenancy agreements, support lease negotiations, and manage property-related matters in accordance with client policies and local market practices.
Maintain accurate relocation records, client trackers, reporting systems, and all documentation required to support service delivery and compliance requirements.
Produce client invoices and work closely with the Accounts team to ensure accurate billing, cost recovery, and timely payment collection.
Manage customer expectations through regular communication, proactive updates, and timely resolution of issues, concerns, and complaints.
Take ownership of service challenges and provide effective solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and service quality.
Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience throughout the relocation process.
Support client reviews, reporting requirements, account growth initiatives, and continuous improvement activities that enhance service delivery and strengthen client relationships.

Essential

3+ years' experience in relocation, destination services or global mobility.
Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and suppliers.
A proactive, solution-focused approach and the confidence to work independently.
