Role:

Management of the brand identity of the business ensuring all customer facing communication strengthens and protects the brand position. Ensures Brand Guidelines are adhered to in every communication material developed and owns/manages the execution of all campaigns and delivery of required assets. This role demands a high level of creativity from a highly motivated individual with the ability to learn, follow briefs and seek advice when required. Great communication, time and workload management skills are essential, as is an ability to liaise across functions within the business and help produce and manage the brand building workload.

Responsibilities:

Management and regular review of all brand assets on the site ensuring all adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the brand experience.
Manages and maintains Marketing plan with latest activity so all stakeholders can see previous and planned activity
Have a clear understanding of Target Audience and how visual assets and ToV reflect this audience.
Review and approve customer facing site amends and alterations to the site to ensure they fit within the Brand Guidelines.
Supports the planning, preparation and execution of photography and video shoots to capture product images, editorial shots and videos for the web and supports the approval of written content for brand ToV.
Maintain and manage brand awareness tracker, monitoring positive and negative movements in brand awareness in key audiences. Prepares weekly updates on brand traffic results and sentiment.
Assist with the development and management of all customer facing assets ensuring that they adhere to Brand Guidelines
Working with the Marketing & Content Executive & Online Merch Executive, develop and manage workflow of pages to launch new products ensuring the key brand principles are displayed with a clear hierarchy of messaging with features & benefits clearly highlighted across image, video and written content..
Co-lead the development of campaigns/focuses ensuring they adhere to brand strategy across copy, imagery and assets, with strong communication that drives desired actions and engagement from target audience.
Design digital assets for social media comms including paid social
Design Bouncebacks in line with campaign or promotional messaging to support business objectives
Provide additional support to amend existing assets in absence of Junior Graphic Designer
Assist the Performance Marketing Executive with the content, look and feel of all digital performance marketing activity including email activity across automation and campaigns.
Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs. Collect and use data to inform new campaigns
Regularly reviews competitors to understand activity and positioning. Includes adjacent brands to identify learnings to bring into Soak&Sleep brand strategy.
Working with the Performance Marketing Executive, develop email content plan to support brand objectives.
Assist in building consumer brand loyalty and relationship marketing programmes
Manage external brand relationships for partnered activity, like Swops
Working closely with the Online Merch Executive to execute the owned social strategy with regular activity that aligns to key brand/campaign messaging.

Requirements

Marketing Degree or practical experience in brand marketing preferred
Experience/understanding of developing and executing brand campaigns
Experience of Shopify and Google Analytics preferable
Experience of working in a digital retailer ideal but not essential
Understanding of Adobe Suite and use of XD to design assets

Skills

Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders requirements and performance results
Proactive in identifying activity to help create strong brand presence and awareness
High degree of computer literacy in all Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) and understanding of design packages including photoshop and XD
Proactive in looking at ways to improve processes with a strong attention to detail
Ability to analyse, present and communicate information clearly
A team player with good organisational skills and ability to plan forward
Self motivated with the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to be flexible and prioritise across a broad area of activity
Must have a positive energetic approach to the workplace
Can do, will do attitude and a drive to achieve

Accountability

Comprehension of Target Audience and ToV
Thorough knowledge of the brand guidelines and holding business accountable for appropriate application
Weekly reporting on brand visibility, search volume and efficacy of campaigns and swop activity
Holds self accountable for maintaining in depth knowledge of products, services, promotions and Terms and Conditions
Comprehension of Target Audience and ToV
Ownership for the maintenance of the marketing calendar
On time delivery of launch products and campaigns to the site
Completes and holds self accountable for maintaining knowledge of Sleep Ambassador training.
On time delivery of swop partnerships to the business and partners. Understands and conducts self in line with Brand values. Holds Soak&Sleep team accountable to the same.
