Could you be the person to bring a level of customer service to our team that is second to none, confidently taking on queries over the phone and via email?

We are looking for Customer Service person to join our growing team, so if the above sounds like something you are interested in then please get in touch. We provide full training on our business and our systems at the outset.

Main duties will include:

Provision of support to our Accounts Payable/Management Accounts/Credit Control and Contractor Services teams on a daily basis by means of fulfilling specified and set tasks.
Answering phone calls from our clients, contractors and suppliers
Responding to email queries
Ad-hoc tasks assigned by colleagues
Dealing with high pressure and time sensitive issues on the phone and via email

A results-oriented and ambitious individual with a can-do attitude
Someone with excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to help others and provide gold standard support
Someone who wants to grow and develop their career
Someone who will embrace our constantly changing environment and wants to be challenged
Someone that takes full accountability and has the tenacity to independently find solutions with a sense of urgency
Someone who will thrive in a client-facing environment with the ability to communicate at all levels with our entrepreneurial clients - there is a high amount of client interaction to director level
