Do you have the drive and passion to shape high-performing teams, manage contracts and budgets, and deliver safe, high-quality services that make a real difference to our residents?
We’re looking for an experienced property maintenance leader with strong contract management and leadership skills to oversee the delivery of high-quality, compliant repairs and maintenance services across our housing portfolio.
About the role

You’ll lead on contractor performance, procurement activity and service improvement, working closely with Housing Management and other teams to resolve complex issues and deliver a joined-up service. As part of the Wider Leadership Team, you’ll also contribute to business planning, risk management and shaping the future of Property Services.
