Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kiosk Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our busy kiosk in tesco helston . The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food and hospitality, and a background in food preparation and team management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality. The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising staff, managing food production, and ensuring smooth operation of the kiosk throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily kiosk operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of customer service
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining consistency and quality in all offerings
Manage team members, including scheduling, training, and motivating staff to deliver exceptional service
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
Assist with food production tasks as needed, including serving customers and preparing menu items
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability
Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kiosk environment in accordance with health regulations
Lead by example in demonstrating professionalism, hospitality, and leadership within the team

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience within a hospitality or restaurant setting
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
Experience in serving, barista work, or hotel hospitality is desirable
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in restaurant or culinary roles is highly advantageous
Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and hospitality
