Located in the historic and picturesque setting of Maidstone, the Maidstone Distillery specializes in crafting unique spirits rooted in a rich heritage. Committed to quality and tradition, we aim to provide an exceptional experience both through our products and hospitality.

Summary

Join the Maidstone Distillery as a Part Time Front of House Assistant on Fridays and Saturdays in Maidstone. Play a vital role in delivering memorable guest experiences while supporting our distillery's mission to produce exceptional spirits.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism
Host our Cocktail Masterclass every Friday and Saturday Evening
Provide excellent guest services to ensure a memorable experience
Support in daily operations of the distillery
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
Assist with event setups and tastings when required
Promote our products and brand story to visitors
Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of hospitality

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality or guest services
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enthusiastic about spirits, distilling, or related industries (preferred)
Availability on Fridays and Saturdays
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations (preferred)
Previous management experience is a plus but not essential
