Job Title:

Weekend Breakfast Assistant

Salary:

£14.10 per hour

Working Hours:

6.30am – 2.30pm, Saturday & Sunday, 15 hours per week.

Weekend work required.

Location:

The Rookery.

Clerkenwell. EC1M 6DS.

The role / duties:

As Breakfast assistant you will be required to carry out a range of tasks including:

· Basic food preparation – Preparing continental room service breakfast.

· Deliver breakfast to guest bedrooms

· Replenishing and cleaning in room minibars

· Stock control.

· Daily cleaning of kitchen and other service / welfare areas.

· Ensuring compliance food hygiene and health and safety legislation and with hotel operating procedures.

· Assisting in the Housekeeping Department.

Skills:

We are looking for someone with a broad range of skills and experience that should include;

· Social confidence. You must be able to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.

· Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.

· A genuine passion for customer service.

· Pride in your personal appearance.

· The ability to multitask and the drive to see things completed with the required attention to detail.

· Be a team player, ready and willing to assist your colleagues in all departments.
