Job Description

The Rise Partnership Trust is a specialist multi-academy trust providing outstanding education and support for children and young people with SEND. Inspired by our vision, 'Love, Learn, Laugh', we are committed to helping every pupil reach their full potential in a safe, caring, and inclusive environment.

We are seeking to appoint an organised and proactive HR Assistant to join our small and supportive HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong administrative, organisational, and communication skills to contribute to the delivery of a high-quality HR service across the Trust.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support across a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, payroll administration, HR systems administration, and other activities throughout the employee lifecycle. The postholder will help ensure HR processes are delivered efficiently, accurately, and professionally while providing excellent support to all staff queries.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, able to manage a varied workload, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. You will be committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism while handling sensitive information. Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is desirable, ideally within an education or public sector environment, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
